Wordle-ing Away

Wordle is a browser-based application that creates "maps" of whatever text a user enters. When it creates the map, Wordle scales the font sizes based on frequency of the use of a word. For example, if I entered "tree, tree, tree, flower", tree would be much larger because it occured more often in the string of text I entered.

Today, we used our OAA reflections to create a map of what skills we're not quite feeling fantastic about. Targeted practice for each student (based on their feelings and the data we've gathered up to this point) will be the majority of our homework for the next few weeks.

If you have any suggestions of strategies that have worked in the past for your child and may help another child's lightbulb go off, feel free to send them my way!
