Our Portraits
First, we figured out how we wanted our face or body to look. We laid out the squares on a large piece of construction paper. Then, we glued them down without having any squares overlapping so that we could calculate fractions, perimeter, and area. We had to write 5 fractions about our picture and find the perimeter and area of our picture.
